If you spend more than five minutes around me, you might hear me grumble about some InDesign feature that hasn’t been improved since the program sported a butterfly icon. But I also like to give credit where credit is due. One area of InDesign that Adobe has continued to build and refine throughout the years is ebook production. In our feature article, Kevin Callahan takes you through the entire process of adapting print layouts to EPUB ebooks. To paraphrase an old quote, he will give you the serenity to accept the things you cannot do in reflowable ebooks, the courage to take advantage of their unique benefits, and the wisdom to not try to replicate the print design.
