Mapping Paragraph Styles to PDF Tags in InDesign

Map Paragraph Styles in your InDesign document to the proper tags for accessible PDF creation.

Instead, Colleen demonstrates how to map styles to PDF tags either within individual Paragraph Style settings or all at once using the Edit All Export Tags panel.

This is just a taste of the great content you’ll learn in Colleen’s upcoming session at The Design + Accessibility Summit 2026, being held online October 20–23. See the agenda and sign up now.
