    I don’t like Adobe Mobile Apps, I think Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom like here https://weedit.photos/2017/using-lightroom-6-how-to-add-presets-to-lightroom/
    are the best tools to retouch photos and drawing. Moreover, Lightroom is great to view all images within a folder and you can organize and view/edit images there too, but tastes differ.
