FontCatalog 1.6 for Mac OSX Released
FontCatalog version 1.6 was released today by graphic arts software developer Lebor Software.
The type reference tool for graphic arts professionals is now faster and even more stable. New features include 15 extra category/style definitions for accurate font search, bringing the total to 30 unique style groups.
FontCatalog 1.6 is developed for Macintosh OSX computers and ships with over 4,600 font definitions in its database. Most font technologies are supported, such as PostScript, TrueType, Data Fork (dfont) and OpenType for Mac and Windows.
FontCatalog is an on-screen type specimen book that helps identify typefaces. The program is also used as font manager to activate fonts and to view uninstalled fonts.
