Yup–what Alan said. I’ve had to do that quite a bit over the years.

But the pages fold (thus the spine). It won’t be seen.

Looks like a font issue to me.

As Autumn said–you can make them with no document open, and they will appear if you create a new document. BUT–if you open an old document or a document from another job, they won’t show up.

As an aside, I have never used the auto activation plug-ins.
