How kind of book? If it’s pretty much straight going and not complicated, just leave it as one file.

That’s odd, David. Link doesn’t show in Firefox but it shows in Safari.

I’d like to click the link but MalwareBytes says not to.
As Autumn said–you can make them with no document open, and they will appear if you create a new document. BUT–if you open an old document or a document from another job, they won’t show up.
