David BlatnerKeymasterMerci, Michel! That is incredible… very thoughtful and really amazing.
David BlatnerKeymasterNo, I don’t think this is possible with Find/Change.
I think you would need to change the buttons page by page. Or perhaps you could get a short script that would make the change for you.
David BlatnerKeymasterPDF files are not really editable, so they would need to be converted into a format that is editable. You could use something like PDF2DTP https://markzware.com/products/pdf2dtp/ or PDF2ID from Recosoft.
There are many methods for translating InDesign documents. One company I know of that does this is here: https://redokun.com
David BlatnerKeymasterThank you for letting us know, Civi!
I’m curious: What kind of visual disability requires a negative image?December 2, 2020 at 7:02 am in reply to: How to turn off style override highlighting in CS6 on document from CC? #14333160
David BlatnerKeymasterOh, one more idea… this script is the only thing I remember from the CS6 days that would also add highlighting:

David BlatnerKeymasterI didn’t think CS6 could show this kind of style highlighting, so that’s very, very strange. Is the “redlining” blue? Or different color? I wonder if it’s perhaps a different composition highlight preference. See this article:

David BlatnerKeymasterIt’s a little confusing… you’re trying to get rid of the brackets and the author, year, and title? So you just have the number left?
And you also want commas between the numbers? Can you provide a more clear example of what you’re starting with and what you want to end with.
David BlatnerKeymasterOh… good one, Anne-Marie. Also, if you’re using the Book panel, then this may be the issue:
David BlatnerKeymasterWeird! Might be just a single character at the end. Select the story and open Edit > Edit in Story Editor to see if there’s something hiding in there? And turn on Type > Show Hidden Characters.
David BlatnerKeymasterI do remember the old “Negative” button in print drivers! Those were mostly for printing on film-based devices. But I don’t know of any good way to do that now… except perhaps rasterize the pdf in Photoshop and invert it. (Not a very easy or good workflow.) Maybe there are other options though!
David BlatnerKeymasterYes, it is kind of confusing… You click the Filter button in the lower-right corner (looks like a funnel) and click the Resolved button. That shows you all the comments that have been resolved.
David BlatnerKeymasterNot 100% sure what the problem could be… Conrad Chavez wrote a good article on this feature here:
