No, GREP is for finding text patterns. It doesn’t have anything to do with images or scripting.
You can already export each page as a JPG using File > Export. Often it’s easier to export all the jpegs and then batch rename them after they’re exported. For example, on the Mac you can use the Rename feature:

So you don’t want to be alerted when tracking is +14 but you do at +16, right? That could be done with scripting, of course, but I don’t know of any good way to do it with the built-in tools.
