    I was trying to edit a paragraph style and in the Bullets and Numbering option at the bottom of the Numbering Style section is a checkbox (that is checked) and Restart Numbers at This Level After: followed by a Drop Down list. What is the purpose of this visible but untouchable thing that cannot be changed? And what is it trying to tell me.

    It only works with multi-level numbering… increase the Level field at the top and it becomes active. More here:

    Thanks. Makes sense now.

    I wish number lists weren’t such a pain to work with especially multiple number lists in a story.

    I have used numbered list in frames, but numbers restart if I anchor one of the frames. For this I have to either anchor all or none. Any solution to this please.
