    I have a Data Merge I wish to perform, BUT it’s not as straight forward as Name, title, address – duplicated on every page.
    Day Date Event 1 Event 2 Event 3 Event 4
    Friday 1 January
    Saturday 2 January
    Sunday 3 January
    Monday 4 January
    How do I tell the data merge to take all my data for January only and merge Event 1, 2, 3, and 4 into the 1st January box.
    and then Event 1,2,3,4, of January 2 into the 2nd January box.
    I already have a table and everything set out for it, but its just the merge part I am not sure of.

    You probably need to first do a lot of work to organize it in the spreadsheet, and then use a script such as this to create the table:

    However, I’m not sure that Data Merge (even with the script) is the right tool for your project. It doesn’t really do calendars like that.

    Could you think of anyway I could get this into a calendar other than a copy and paste through all 12 months???

    I don’t think data merge is going to be your friend here.
    I wonder if you could make CalendarWizard do it: https://creativepro.com/make-a-calendar-with-every-interfaith-holiday-listed-on-it.php
