Pantone does make Process Color swatch books, but I would suggest making your own Swatch sheet to see what CMYK look like at 100% and 10% screened steps. If you do this daily, or once a week, you might see how much your printer varies in output.

Digital printing ink or toner does to tend to be magenta-strong, so for faces, I often bring down Magenta in Photoshop Curves. (It’s possible your printer does this too)
