Image Color Evaluation, Correction and Adjustment in a Production Environment: New IPA Webinar Series Starts March 1
IPA, The Association of Graphic Solutions Providers, announces a new webinar series entitled, “Image Color Evaluation, Correction and Adjustment in a Production Environment.” The two-part series, March 1 and March 8, was created for prepress and design professionals who work with color images and want to learn how to evaluate the color needs of an image, and make fast, accurate corrections and adjustments. This 2-part webinar program, instructed by IPA’s Applications Guru, Taz Tally, will include techniques and tips for rapidly evaluating, correcting and adjusting color images. It will also cover how to effectively calibrate color capture devices. The primary emphasis on the techniques introduced will be to quickly evaluate an image’s needs (including scans and photos) in order to make fast, accurate color corrections and adjustments in a production environment. Dr. Taz Talley is a trainer and author renowned for his content-rich and entertaining teaching style. He has created numerous training videos and CDs and authored textbooks used throughout the industry. He also writes a regular prepress column for Photoshop User. Internationally regarded as a prepress guru, he has held seminars for more than 30,000 graphics professional, making him one of the industry’s most popular presenters
