“It’s out there getting radio signals from lands far away.” When you hear that, you know you’re not watching an average training video. Using a robot wearing a ball and chain as an example file, Illustrator expert Deke McClelland explains how to create clipping masks in Illustrator.

- Mask only some objects within a Layer
- Make a Clipping mask with Selected objects
- Create a new Fill & Stroke for Masked objects
