If You Like Type then You Better Put It on a Ring
The Dutch are renowned for their good taste in type, and now they’re sharing that in a novel form: rings. Alphabeth is the Amsterdam company behind Typerings, which engraves words of your choice in eight unique typefaces on rings that range from € 132 to € 621. The exact price depends on materials, style, and ring size. Typerings uses lasers to engrave its jewelry, but the bands themselves are handmade by Dutch goldsmith Aller Spanninga.

The typefaces, from the Dutch type designers known collectively as Underware, are Auto SmallCaps, Bello Pro, Dolly Italic, Fakir Regular, Liza Caps, Liza Pro, Sauna Italic Swash, and Unibody:

The website’s Ring Designer lets you play with typeface and size on all of the available materials. As the screenshot below demonstrates, inscriptions can be on both the inside and outside of your ring:

If none of the available typefaces appeals to you, or if you want to include an image, you can also create your own design and have that engraved on any of the ring options.
