How to Collect All Links From an InDesign File

1

In this InDesign how-to video, Khara Plicanic shows how easy it is to gather up all the links used in a file and put them in one location. If you’ve placed graphics and photos into your InDesign layout from all over your computer, at some point you’ll probably want them all in one place. Khara demos how to do that with a couple of clicks.

A camera slinging design geek and Photoshop nerd, Khara Plicanic is a natural born teacher who’s been sharing inspiration & know-how with fellow creatives for more than 15 years. When she’s not making futile attempts at reclaiming hard drive space or searching the sofa cushions for a runaway Wacom pen, Khara can be found plotting her next craft project, catching up with her favorite late-night hosts, or trying to remember where she left her phone. Hello Khara,

I like your videos, both in what I can learn and the friendly way you explain the things. But since one or two weeks or so I can’t hear your voice, because I’m in Germany and so YouTube is automatically translating the audio into German (and sometimes the voice gets faster, because in German the sentence is a bit longer and would not fit the video part). I could not figure out how to change the behavior on my computer. Is there a setting that avoids the translation on your part?
