BY DOWNLOADING, VIEWING OR OTHERWISE EXERCISING ANY OF THE RIGHTS PROVIDED HEREIN TO THE INDESIGN® TEMPLATES (“TEMPLATES”), YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE.

You are hereby granted non-exclusive permission by Adobe Systems Incorporated (“Adobe”), free of charge, to use, copy, modify and merge the Templates for any purpose, and to publish, distribute and/or sublicense to any person or entity, and for any purpose, any work incorporating in whole or in part, based on, or derived from any Template or Templates, subject to the following conditions:

1. All copyright notices included with the Templates shall be included in all copies or substantial portions of the Templates.
2. This license shall be included in all copies or substantial portions of the Templates or, alternatively, you must indicate precisely where the license can be found.
3. Neither the name of Adobe Systems Incorporated nor the names of its licensors may be used to endorse or promote products incorporating, based on, or derived from these Templates without specific prior written permission.

THE TEMPLATES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. This license and the rights granted herein will terminate automatically upon any breach by you of the terms of this license. Individuals or entities who have received or accessed adaptations of the Templates, or greater works, anthologies, collections, compilations, databases or similar works containing the Templates, from you under this license will not have their licenses terminated provided such individuals or entities remain in full compliance with those licenses.

You will indemnify, hold harmless, and defend Adobe from and against any losses, damages, claims, or lawsuits, including reasonable attorneys' fees, that arise from the use or distribution of any adaptations of the Templates created by you. If any provision of this license is invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, it shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remainder of the terms of this license, and without further action by the parties hereto, such provision shall be reformed to the minimum extent necessary to make such provision valid and enforceable. No term or provision of this license shall be deemed waived and no breach consented to unless such waiver or consent shall be in writing and signed by the party to be charged with such waiver or consent. This license constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the Templates licensed here. There are no understandings, agreements or representations with respect to the Templates not specified here. Adobe shall not be bound by any additional provisions that may appear in any communication from you. This license may not be modified without the mutual written agreement of the Adobe and you.
