Reply To: InDesign files crashing – can anyone help read crash report pls as I am on deadline

I find these very difficult to read, honestly, and rarely helpful. However, there is a guide here:

That said, I would normally try these things:

• Rebuild preferences (see https://creativepro.com/popular-posts )
• Make sure font manager plug-ins (such as ones from Linotype, Extensis, or Insider Software) are uninstalled (see https://creativepro.com/popular-posts )
• See if these files work on another copy of InDesign somewhere (to see if it's your app or the files)
• Try logging in on your computer as a guest or as another user and launching InDesign from there.

Try… well, just keep trying!
