Monotype Imaging Files For Initial Public Offering

Monotype Imaging Holdings Inc. today announced that it has filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission relating to the proposed initial public offering by Monotype Imaging and certain of its stockholders of shares of its common stock.
Banc of America Securities LLC will act as book-running manager and Jefferies & Company, Inc., William Blair & Company, LLC, Needham & Company, LLC and Canaccord Adams will act as co-managers of the proposed offering.
The offering will be made only by means of a prospectus.
