CorelDraw 9
CorelDraw 9 is a graphics suite that packs a punch. Loaded with applications, including the Photo-Paint bitmap editor, the Bitstream Font Navigator font manager, and the Cumulus Desktop graphics indexer, CorelDraw 9 provides enough power do publish to print or the web, and enough tools to do it in style. Significant improvements have been made to the area of pro-level prepress – new color palettes and Job Ticketing support. The internet-publishing features have also been beefed up to smoothly generate PDF files for online posting. Add this to its well-known illustration capabilities and you’ve got a feature-intensive graphics suite you can count on.
In his review, Greg Keizer of PC Computing says “…the banquet of new features and productivity enhancements make it a top-notch illustrator, a decent desktop publishing program, and a shoo-in upgrade.”
