Preview InDesign Snippets and InCopy Documents with inddPreview
inddPreview allows Mac users to preview InDesign documents, InCopy documents, templates, and snippets with the QuickLook feature in the Finder.

Last year, René Andritsch wrote a post about inddPreview, an inexpensive add-on that allows Mac users to preview InDesign documents in the Finder, using the QuickLook feature. (Without inddPreview you only see a generic InDesign document icon with QuickLook).
Now, the latest version of inddPreview also allows you to preview InCopy documents and InDesign snippets. You don’t need to have InDesign or InCopy installed to preview these documents. Furthermore, you can use the app to copy preview images to the clipboard to use them elsewhere. Pretty neat!
inddPreview works with InDesign documents (.INDD), InDesign template files (.INDT), InDesign snippets (.IDMS) and InCopy documents (.ICML) from CS2 to CC2018. You can find more information and purchase inddPreview for $3.99 here.
