What to Charge? Project Pricing Versus Hourly Rates
The blog Build Internet recently published an article to help Web designers decide how to structure pricing: on an hourly basis or as a fixed rate per project.
Author Zach Dunn discusses the pros and cons of each, contending that different scenarios call for different pricing models. For example, if you’re a super-fast worker, you may lean toward per-project pricing, since it doesn’t penalize efficiency.
