You can’t move pages to a folder – you have to make a new, blank document, and move the pages to that.

I Acrobat, you can extract selected pages, and save them, but not in InDesign.

You have to go to Preferences – Interface – Options, and set “Live screen drawing” to “Immediate”. Then your text frame will update live. But it will slow your InDesign , if working with large documents :)

Thats clearly because your character style adds an feature to your text, that the marked font does not contain.
What does your Character style do? If your character style adds “bold”, and the font does not contain “bold”, the characters will be marked as “missing font”.

Have you tryed to install the Mac-version af InDesign, instead of using the VM and PC version?
Perhaps InDesign is no longer compatible with VM?

It could be a font problem – try to remove so many fonts from the Virtual PC/Mac as you can, and then restart?

Just create a new layer and drag it below the existing layer. InDesign always make new layers appear on top of the actual layer.

Simply use InDesigns script-function. Select Javascript – ImageCatalog, and set it to 1 perpage – then InDesign will place 1 pdf per page.

Why do you use ps? Simple export a pdf directly. Select “Export..” under the “File” menu, and in the export menu select “Adobe pdf (print). And then select “spreads” – then you get an pdf in spreads.
