David BlatnerKeymasterWell, ID can export text and graphics as html (see InDesign Magazine article by Michael Murphy about this). But it doesn’t export page geometry (where things are on the page). One option for that is in5 from ajarproductions.com

David BlatnerKeymasterNot sure if I understand, but take a look at what Auto Flow Pro can do:
https://in-tools.com/products/plugins/autoflow-pro/Another option is to use Primary Text Frames (in cs6 or cc) and then just reapply the master pages when necessary.
David BlatnerKeymasterHighlight color is a Windows preference, not an InDesign preference in CC.
David BlatnerKeymasterWhen I try, it says “The Save as PDF option in the Printer dialog is not supported.”
I think this was discussed here:
https://creativepro.com/acrobats-adobe-pdf-printer-replaced-in-snow-leopard.php
David BlatnerKeymasterI don’t think InDesign lets you print to PDF, does it?
You can print to postscript and run it through the distiller, but that’s icky.
David BlatnerKeymasterDidy ou try this with findchangebylist.jsx? Or perhaps MultiFindChange from automatication.com would work better?
David BlatnerKeymasterThe Swatches panel can still be enlarged. But if you’re talking about the fill pop-up menu inside the Control panel, I don’t think that can be made bigger.

David BlatnerKeymasterThere are scripts that do this. I haven’t tried this one, but might be helpful: https://www.simonwiscombe.com/archives/459
That said, I think it’s probably going to be easier to just open each one and use Move Pages to move all the pages into one document. See:
https://creativepro.com/moving-pages-to-another-document-doesnt-have-to-be-a-drag.php
and
David BlatnerKeymasterNo, not in Preferences. In the paragraph style. Or click inside the text, set the Control panel to Character Formatting mode, and look for the Language pop-up menu (or in the Character panel).
David BlatnerKeymasterIf you lock it, how are you able to swap in a different image?
No, in general, if an object is locked, it’s totally locked… you can’t even select it.

David BlatnerKeymasterI don’t think there is any way to change those modifier keys. But I’m not clear why you’d want to — they are the same between CC and CS6 (and CS5 and…)
David BlatnerKeymasterAs maggs wrote, this may be a language setting. I wrote this up yesterday:
https://creativepro.com/words-hyphenating-wrong-indesign.php
David BlatnerKeymasterWow. That is very strange behavior. I was going to say something about how maybe you don’t have proper permissions on your machine (though that usually only affects installing scripts, not running them). But the fact that they work when the server is not available is truly odd.
Are these all scripts? Like even the ones in the Samples folder that come with InDesign? Or perhaps only custom scripts you have?
David BlatnerKeymasterI would suggest talking with your magazine printer and asking how they would like you to supply the art.
