David BlatnerKeymasterMichael Murphy talked about this process in some detail back in issue 53:

David BlatnerKeymasterHow long are the project sheets? One good option is to use File > Place to place the pages of one InDesign file into another. They act like graphics wherever you place them, but you can place the same INDD file into many different other INDD files.

David BlatnerKeymasterI doubt there’s any way to get what you’re looking for here. In general, if you’re going to do manual trapping, it should be done in the program that created the objects.
David BlatnerKeymasterYou generally need to use two different paragraph styles: one for continued and one to restart. Some more tips here: https://creativepro.com/formatting-tips-bullets-numbered-lists.php
David BlatnerKeymasterIt’s hard to make the TOC feature ignore text that you have put in the line. You may just have to clean it up later with a find/change.
David BlatnerKeymasterLaszlo: I think you would need to apply it with two different GREP Styles — one for the first half and one for the second half.

David BlatnerKeymasterSounds very strange. Maybe rebuild your preferences? Is it just one document, or all documents?

David BlatnerKeymasterThere’s some discussion about it here:
https://creativepro.com/outlining-fonts-is-it-necessary.phpMarch 7, 2014 at 12:34 pm in reply to: Font shown even after all fonts were converted to outlines #67482
David BlatnerKeymasterYou need a new printer.
Or at least you need a new way to convert text to outlines:
https://creativepro.com/converting-text-to-outlines-the-right-way-updated.phpActually, this might not get around the problem that Dwayne suggested (the printer marks) but at least it will save you other problems.
David BlatnerKeymasterI don’t know if this will help, but I wrote up a data merge example here:
https://creativepro.com/creating-a-contact-sheet-or-yearbook-page-in-indesign.php
and also did a video on this data merge technique as part of my lynda.com title:

David BlatnerKeymasterHard to know. Perhaps the character style has No Break assigned to it, or some other formatting that is causing some reflow?
