David BlatnerKeymasterYes, I think either nested or grep styles would work great for that. You need to create a character style for the red text. There are a number of tutorials on this site at lynda.com on those topics. For example: https://creativepro.com/5-cool-things-you-can-do-with-grep-styles.php
The grep code for “five digits in a row with dashes on either side” is

David BlatnerKeymasterDoes this help?

David BlatnerKeymasterYou’re saying that the “Allow Document Pages to Shuffle” setting keep getting turned on? That is weird. Does it happen with all documents (even new ones)?
The “allow doc pages to shuffle” should stay off when you turn it off. The allow spread pages to shuffle WILL turn on again after you make a new spread because, well, it’s a new spread. That setting only affects one spread at a time.

David BlatnerKeymasterOh, one more thing: You want to be super careful about using Convert to Profile in InDesign. You probably meant Assign Profile. I explain the difference in that video tutorial.

David BlatnerKeymasterOh good; I’m glad you know about that tutorial.
Yes, the Color Settings only changes the setting for new docs, so it sounds like it did not change the first document. And yes, a gray swatch does tend to look brown on newsprint. You’re on the right track!January 7, 2016 at 1:21 pm in reply to: Color appears different on screen but has same color profile #80612
David BlatnerKeymasterWhen you made the second document, did you set it to the newsprint profile? How did you assign the profile for document 1 and 2? When you made the PDF, did you use one of the PDF/X presets?
I discuss these topics in detail in my new title at Lynda.com called InDesign Insider Training: Color Management.
David BlatnerKeymasterI remember the Table of Contents feature wasn’t supported in publish online… I thought they fixed that. Are you using the newest version of CC2015.2? Or maybe it is still broken. (Remember publish online is still a “technology preview,” which basically means it’s still in beta.)
David BlatnerKeymasterInDesign doesn’t really have this feature. There are probably third-party commercial solutions, such as:
https://flatplanapp.com
https://www.blinkplan.com
https://www.magpeople.com/w/
https://www.ccimagazine.com/Subsites/Products/MaoW_demos.htmlI haven’t used any of these. I just found them in a google search.
I also found some info here:

David BlatnerKeymasterText wrap for anchored/inline objects only affects subsequent lines. It has always worked this way. More information here: https://creativepro.com/wrapping-text-around-an-anchored-object.php
David BlatnerKeymasterI’m not sure if this will help, but it might: https://creativepro.com/export-selection-precise-size.php

David BlatnerKeymasterGreat question! The trick is Layers.
We talk about that in this little free video: https://creativepro.com/indesign-secrets-video-keeping-page-numbers-visible.php
