David BlatnerKeymasterHi Holly, sorry but your forum post got caught in our spam filter for some reason, so it didn’t show up on the forum (I think?!) until now.
I would think the code
@\w+would work. That means an @ symbol followed by any string of letters or numbers (“word characters”)
David BlatnerKeymasterI can’t tell if you’re trying to do this in Word or InDesign. This is obviously an InDesign forum.
Here are some tools you can use for math in InDesign:
https://creativepro.com/typesetting-math-in-indesign.phpI believe that inMath from movemen can import Word equations:
https://movemen.com/knowledge-base/articles/how-tos-mathtype/I also found this forum thread: https://creativepro.com/topic/free-script-for-using-mathtype-equation-with-indesign-6-cs4
David BlatnerKeymasterNot sure, but does this tip help: https://creativepro.com/tip-automatically-restart-numbered-lists.php

David BlatnerKeymasterYes, when you put characters in square brackets, such as [abc] it means “any one of these.” And the caret means “not” so [^abc] means “not any of these.”
You would probably have to do something like
.+?(?=shining)to grab the text before the word (that’s a “positive lookahead”), and then use a positive lookbehind to capture the text after the word.
David BlatnerKeymasterThere’s no “built-in” feature that lets you do this. Perhaps a custom URL that would take you to a web browser and post it from there?
David BlatnerKeymasterShortcuts require the number keypad keys: https://creativepro.com/no-you-cant-use-f-keys-for-style-shortcuts.php
David BlatnerKeymasterRead this post (but especially the comments):

David BlatnerKeymasterI asked Diane Burns, who authored a Lynda.com title on Publish Online, and she said he had this same experience — that it appeared to be a limitation of Publish Online. I agree that it would be very helpful to allow full-screen video!

David BlatnerKeymasterYou would probably need a more powerful commercial plug-in such as the ones I mentioned to do that. I believe InData, for example, can insert rules based on text (such as “page break when the number changes”)
David BlatnerKeymasterThe red dot means it cannot find the URL. Perhaps your system is blocking InDesign from going out to the web and checking the URL? Is it ever green? Or just green on some links and not others?

David BlatnerKeymasterThere are many options you might consider, including:

But yes, you would get more control from a tool like indata, inCatalog or easycatalog or datalinker, etc.

David BlatnerKeymasterThat’s interesting! I also cannot see it in full-screen mode. The “learn more” link also suggests as a possibility: “The owner of the website who has embedded a YouTube player has disabled fullscreen.”
So perhaps Adobe doesn’t support it from their servers? I didn’t know that was possible for them to limit. I don’t recall hearing about this before; we’ll have to investigate.
David BlatnerKeymasterFun idea! I would probably do this by changing the shape of the text frame either with the pen tool or the pencil tool. See these two articles for hints:

and

David BlatnerKeymasterNo, it’s not about saving you time, personally. It’s about making the company work more efficiently and creating a better end result. When you reduce steps, use native file formats, work with RGB images, and “new” ideas like that, you end up saving time, money, AND getting higher quality.
The only people who should stand in the way of that are people with excellent job security who are paid by the hour. ;-)
