ypevents LLP, has joined forces with a City of London Guide to offer specially tailored walking tours of typographic London. Starting at the end of summer 2005, Typevents will be organising regular tours on a monthly basis that will be open to both individuals and groups.
Additional tours can be arranged on request. Tours will last approximately two hours and include stops at up to 15 sites of special significance in London’s printing, publishing and type-founding past.
All stops are accompanied by a knowledgeable and informative talk given by an experienced guide, who is a member of the City of London Lecturers Association, a former print worker and London resident. Tours are limited to a maximum of 20 people.
