Workspaces and script keyboard shortcuts disappear after each restart!

      New issue as of this week: every time I restart InDesign, my workspace gets reset to “Essentials” and the keyboard shortcuts I’ve assigned to scripts are wiped out. Why is this happening?? Help!

      macOS 10.13.6, CC 2015.4 (11.4.1.102)

      Are you quitting InDesign properly? You’re not doing a force-quit or end-task right? That messes up these kinds of things. If you are doing a normal Quit, then my guess is that something is wrong with your permissions on your computer and InDesign is having trouble writing its preferences files to disk.
