    I noticed some colored brackets in a document given to me – these colored brackets are only visible when View Hidden Characters is turned on. Any idea what they could be?

    Hi Ben, those colored brackets could be XML tags, maybe that document was created with an automated process.
    Can you post a screenshot so we can see exactly what they are all about?

    Claudio, you’re right – they are XML tags. I don’t see an option to upload an image – maybe because I’m a new member. Thanks for the help.

    You can’t post image in the forum, you can use another cloud service (like Adobe CC) and then copy the link in the forum.
