The problem: an Illustrator file with the new Interlace function imported into indesign is pixelated.
The copy and paste between Illstraotor and InDesign generates a group too complex for InDesign.

      Is this a known problem?
What other solution than decomposing and vectorizing in Illustrator?
      Thanks

I would strongly recommend saving the Illustrator file as an AI or PDF file and then, in InDesign, using File > Place. Copy and paste is designed only for very simple artwork.

I am getting the pixelation too even when placing the AI file in inDesign.
To get it to work go back to Illustrator and then: Object > Expand and resave.

      Thank you David and Magnus,
As said Magnus I am getting the pixelation when placing the AI file or the PDF file in InDesign, (I never copy paste in InDesign).
I was asking for an other solution than: Object > Expand and resave.

Oh! I am sorry that I misunderstood. Hm. I will have to experiment, or we will have to see if someone else here has some solutions.
