Menu stays on top of folio

      Hi,
      I’m working on a folio. I’d like to have a menu that would stay on the top while I’ll be scrolling the content (from top to bottom), but also when I’ll be scrolling between articles (left to right/right to left). Would you be so kind and guide me through how this might be done?
