Is there any way one can fit two lines of text within another line of text?

Hi, I’m working on a movie poster and it’s a tight fit and would like to do the classic “title really small on two lines” + “big name on one line”. Have a look at attached image and I think you get what I’m after.

Is there any way I could do this in indesign? Without having to make one text block for every single title and align these to names. Would like to do this within the same text block if possible…

Would it for example be possible to use character styles?

      Thanks!

      Hi David, truly complex!

      Think Simple: Grep styles!
