Interactive PDF Submit Button Issue

      Is there any way to insert a submit button that submits only the page that button is tied to? For example, I have an 80 page document with about 20 different forms that my coworkers need throughout the year but when they fill only one out and click submit on that page, the recipient receives all the forms in a pdf and would need to scroll through them all to find the one that was filled out.

      I have searched everything I can think of and haven’t been able find anything useful.
