Hi Folks, we are looking for some advice on a good way to get people to supply changes to us in our Studio. We have a huge amount of PDS documents (and other such material) that comes to the Studio annually for changes. At the moment we get the Product Managers to mark up our old pdf’s with the changes in Comments, and then we import them directly into InDesign.
We were are wanting to review other ways of working to see if we can find a more efficient way to work and make changes to existing InDesign documents.
We don’t currently use InCopy and were wondering if this would be a better option and Managers could then make the changes themselves in InCopy and then we just update the InDesign Documents.
Or, is there another PlugIn or Automated program that anyone knows of, which would work better than InCopy?
Or, are PDF markups the best option.
Any advice would be very useful.
Thank you
Gia
