InCopy vs Import PDF comments

      I am trying to improve workflow efficiency at my office and am wondering if it makes more sense to train people on how to use the more extended features of pdf comments or to train editors on InCopy. These are the factors I’m considering:
      • We work with a number of freelance editors
      • Edits are currently done with PDF Sticky notes from various departments (content originators, editors, VP approvals)
      • Our editors don’t currently have access to our design files

      Is InCopy still a widely used program, I hardly hear about people using it. Is the imported pdf comments intended to replace InCopy use? Any insight on this would be helpful.
