    This was documented on the Adobe ID forum last June (and at least once in these forums) and evidentally Adobe has confirmed that it is a bug.

    There seem to be a few characters that change themselves in the hyperlinks panel, making URLs that have those characters unusable. In my case, it changes

    https://digitalimaginginstitute.site-ym.com/events/register.asp?id=306148

    to

    https://digitalimaginginstitute.site-ym.com/events/register.asp%3Fid%3D306148

    It replaced ? with %3F and = with %3D. My workaround for this was to get a shortened URL from Google. Does anyone else have any knowledge of this bug and when it might be fixed?
