How to automate this type of numbering

      Hello,

      I’m trying to figure out how to do this type of numbering.

      Frame 1 – 4
      – Frame 1
      – Frame 2
      – Frame 3
      – Frame 4

      Frame 5

      Frame 6

      etc

      I tried using numbering list, but then the number will be in front of “Frame”. Is there another way to automate this so if i have to make changes of the frame number in the middle of the list, i don’t need to manually change the entire numbers afterward?

      I can’t think of any easy way to automate the “1 – 4” part. But actually, you can put the numbers before or after the text. For example:

      Thanks for the info. I’ve tried it but looks like you would still need to put some text after “Frame 1” for example in order for “Frame 1” to be visible, correct? That’s my understanding.
