How to add 200 photos to InDesign book at specific paragraphs

      Hi, I’m formatting a book for printing and the author gave me a spreadsheet with file location links to 200 photos and the text that the photo should be anchored to in the book. Is there a way to auto add the photos to their respective positions in the book based on the reference text?

      Example data from the spreadsheet:

      Photo URL = /user/folder/waterbug.jpg
      file name = waterbug.jpg
      Caption = “Water Bug”
      Reference Text = “As can be seen in the photo below”

      Not sure how well it would work, but you might try one of these:

      Replace text with image, where text = image name?


      or

      Swapping Text and Images with a Free Script
