Help: Foot notes at the end of the chapter

      Hi all,

      I am working on a book contains 8 chapters, included with foot notes. the problem i have confront is: my client want all the foot notes of each chapter move to the end of the chapter.

      i am searching on Real World InDesign CS4 book, but there no answer, is there a way to do this or i am rely to do this manually?
