FIT FRAME TO GRAPHIC

      I have a publication template that contain inline images with 4:3 ratio (ppt slides), using object style for the auto-fit, fitting content proportionally and to add a stroke around my graphic boxes. With the same template, is it possible to insert 16:9 images and the image frame will adjust automatically (fit frame to content) to that new ratio?
