      Hi All

I’m trying to use the jsx version of FindChangeByList when my styles are in sub folders. I’m using CC2014 and have tried the following…

      Find/Change to subfolders

      grep {findWhat:”t”} {changeTo:” “, appliedParagraphStyle:app.activeDocument.paragraphStyleGroups.item(“Catalog Styles”). paragraphStyles.item(“body copy”)} {includeFootnotes:true, includeMasterPages:true, includeHiddenLayers:true, wholeWord:false} remove tabs

…but its just throwing up a syntax error :(

Does anyone have an update for this?

      many thanks

      Shane

      What is the syntax error?
I assume you’re using straight quotes in your text file, not curly ones (I think our forum converts them to curly here?)
Did you try using the script mentioned here: https://creativepro.com/find-change-scripting-goodness.php
