Recently, I assembled a 108-page booklet — color, graphics, etc. — for print production. Several graphics are CMYK, but some are RGB.

Normally, I use “Edit with,” correct a graphic in Photoshop, then update the link in InDesign. Does a method exist to “edit with” multiple graphics at once? Or get ’em all lined up to work? Or does this sound like something better achieved directly in photoshop with some like “batch editing” — something along the lines of “convert all graphics to CMYK”?

You can select more than one image at at time in the Links panel, then choose Edit Original from the Edit menu, the Links panel menu, or right-click in the links panel.
However, I am not a believer in converting images to CMYK just for the sake of doing it. Strongly suggest leaving as RGB, as noted here:

Why You Should Import RGB Images Into InDesign and Convert to CMYK On Export

After following the link, I read this …

“So, even though we’ve been saying this for 15 years, maybe you haven’t heard it… so we’re going to say it one more time, with emotion …”

You are 100% correct — I haven’t heard this before. It would certainly make life easier, when exporting for print products. I’ll give this a try.
