I am designing a book in InDesign that is 25×25 cm.
The client just informed me that they want to be able to print through Amazon. The closes size is 21.59×21.59cm.
I was wondering if anyone knows if you can submit a proportionately bigger pdf file to Amazon and they will downsize upon printing, or if this is something that can automatically be resized in InDesign. I know you can turn on liquid layout and change the doc size, but will this be done seamlessly without me having to adjust the page layout? Its a cookbook with images, list of ingredients, method, etc so resizing the entire file will be time consuming.
If it will resize well, I’ll go for it. If not, I’d like to tell the client to just stick with the smaller, Amazon-friendly size.

I’d love to hear if anyone has insight on the matter.
      Thanks.
