Does anyone know why I can't open Kuler or Adobe Exchange in CC?

      Kuler and Adobe Exchange aren’t working in Indesign CC. I’m using OS Windows 7. I can see them under window, extensions, but when I click on them, they will not open. Previous versions are still working fine. Any help would be appreciated.

      Interesting and weird. The only thing I can think of is: Flash? Those panels are built with Flash and/or AIR, I think. I can never remember the technical details, exactly. But if Flash isn’t installed, perhaps they can’t run? Not sure.

        Thanks for the quick response. I do have Flash installed and Air is up to date. When and if I find the answer to this, I will post back the solution. Thanks again for the advice.
