Converting CMYK documents to Mono

      Hi

      I was wondering if there's a script to convert CMYK documents to Mono as I'm producing material in CMYK for commercial print, but would also like a black on white version that people can print from their own home printers. This doesn't seem to exist in CS4 and from what I see so far is not a function in CS5.

      You can use Acrobat Professional to convert your colour document to grayscale, or you can print your file to a PDF which allows grayscale output.

      It may not even be necessary. Print a color PDF to a black-and-white printer — what happens to the colored objects?
