Hello guys , I have very strange problem with working with tables in indesign cc 2019 ,I don’t know if it’s a bug or what? whenever i want to change the paragraph style of specific texts that are written into the table , the rest of document disappears and table disappears too , and then they become overset ( on the last page , icon of overset error is displayed ) , but nothing can resolve this issue , i cannot fix the overset problem and whenever i want to make them flow into another blank frame , it makes another blank frame too with same overset icon, I’m new to indesign , and I’m working on a book for publishing , I have imported the document by placing a .docx into indesign , and i’ve done half of it , but this problem occurred to me and stopped the process , does anyone have any idea ?
I’ve tried resetting the preferences by (option+click) , and it didn’t worked .
You might be changing the font size in your table text to something that’s too large to fit in the table cell. If ID can’t display that text, it won’t display anything that follows, so it’s overset.
