Adding a subhead and expanding the text box – any way to automate this?

      Greetings, all, and I apologize in advance if this has been covered.

      I have around 450 pages worth of flyers and would like to add one title to one text box on most pages, and expand that textbox so that all the copy still fits. I just discovered that through Find/Change GREP, A can locate the beginning of the correct text box, but I can't get it to add the required text. Even if it added it, the contents would then overrun the box, so I would like to also fit-frame-to-content without having to hand-select each and every one.

      I am not too familiar with either scripting or GREP, unfortunately, so I am not even sure what to start learning so I can solve this. Any suggestions?
