Here's another good article that discusses some of the issues involved for InDesign users upgrading to Lion:

Sounds like InDesign CS2 and earlier definitely won't work any longer. And Crash Reporter won't kick in for 10-15 minutes after a crash of InDesign CS5. Wacky!
