Thanks.
When I include both my heading styles in the TOC it looks like this.

blah blah blah……………………10
– blah blah blah blah
blah blah blah……………………15
– blah blah blah blah
blah blah blah……………………20
– blah blah blah blah
etc.

Maybe I did it wrong , but I couldn’t get that to work.
