Hi,
it is simple, just copy tomaxxiLayers folder to:
c:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe InDesign CC 2017\Scriptstartup scripts

like this:
c:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe InDesign CC 2017\Scriptstartup scriptsomaxxiLAYERSomaxxiLAYERS [1.4].jsx

and script will work in Adobe indesign CC 17
